As much as fascinating to see Sasuke's progress, I feel sorry for Lee because he had to know that Naruto beat Neji, and Sasuke has to fight Gaara, the dude who broke his bones.

I guess this is the proof that some people have privilege in their life to reach something in their life. Sasuke could imitate Lee's taijutsu because he has the privilege of being an Uchiha (not gonna mention his intelligence and will to get stronger). While Lee, it took him a year (CMIIW) to do the same movement, with his hardwork and constant training every single day for a year, building up his strength.

But then, just because of privilege difference, it doesn't mean I could hate or dislike Sasuke (knowing Lee almost beat Sasuke before the first exam started). It'll also a waste for Sasuke if he didn't take any advantage of his Sharingan and didn't train himself harder, he has the privilege and still have to work hard...to kill his brother? Dude...

kabuto is one of the best medical ninjutsu expect. he might have hit some accu pressure point that can knock out instantly. they were off guard and kiba is just genin level ninja while kabuto almost in league of kakashi (might be a bit less tho)
